The air handling unit AHU are composite machines made of several and interchangeable components. Their scope is to clean, warm, cool and condition air. APS Arosio produces the frame by considering the most different technical solutions, covering an extremely wide range of needs raised by Customers.
Complemented by a wide range of accessories, the Arosio System is based on the three-way corner conception to connect the profiles composing the frame perimeter.
Modules are tridimensional and can be made of aluminium, nylon or be the result of a thermal cut, they can be made on measure and meet different needs, so they are: air-tight, heatproof and pressure resistant.

FRAME

Corners
The designing and the production of corners are the strength of the APS Arosio which today counts 30 different models. The extreme versatility of the corners allows you to create structures of all sizes. This as a result of APS Arosio's products being compliant with the international rules about the improvement of the hygienic standards in the workplace: the slots are now closed, thus preventing any dirt sedimentation. The external appearance of the corners is now simpler and more essential: the connection areas have no more open slots, yet they have maintained their sturdiness and reliability.

Profiles
To meet the needs of our customers and develop the concept of service and quality even further, APS Arosio offers a broad range of profiles, complementary to the omega corners and joints: furthermore, it is able to make any kind of finishing required: oxidation, painting and mechanical finishing (drilling, milling and cutting).

Omega joints
Thanks to the omega joints, produced either in aluminium or in plastic, a whole load of procedures, such as for example the milling, which was essential before, are no longer needed. Hence, there is no waste of time any more, and the modular structure is more stable.

Accessories
By a design aimed at the constant improvement of the products, APS Arosio can offer a range of more and more advanced accessories for the building of modular frameworks being consequently able to answer the needs of the customers.

COMPONENTS

Dampers
In order to vary the air flow within the UTA a regulating damper is required. Just like the frame, APS Arosio dampers can be made on measure, following different solutions: one or two lights, bypass, made lighter, pressure air damper, etc. The patented Arosio System has movement gearing concealed within the profiles, thus assuring safety and long-lasting reliability.
Aluminium dampers are made of an high quality material and the small parts made of nylon, like the closing gaskets, give this major item different levels of tightness which make it fit a very broad range of usage

Droplet separators
Modular, flexible and made of different materials, the APS Arosio droplet separators represent the most effective system to remove humidity. Thanks to their blade profile made either of polypropylene or aluminium, they ensure a constant efficiency to any kind of UTAs.
Fifteen models are available in the APS Arosio catalogue, thus offering a wide selection to meet even the most particular needs of UTA makers.

Louvers
Frame and blades are made of extruded aluminium and are assembled by using high quality components. Handiness by assembling this item and versatility in its usage place APS Arosio louvers at the highest approval level expressed by UTA makers. The efficient design of the blades enables the best air passage, leaving a wide surface free. Moreover the dewatering pipes assure the best protection against rain.

Vibration-damping
Pliant coupling joint that connects the fan to the system, designed and tested to reduce noise and vibrations. Available in three sizes and four models.
